Winter Carnival

Well it was yet another busy week at Malden. Believe it or not we celebrated winter carnival in February and it was 70 degrees outside. A little warm, but lots of fun. We also had kindergarten open house, a great success. This week we will make pancakes, go to the used book sale and eat green eggs and ham!

Valentine's Fun

Oops! Didn't get a chance do get the blog done last week and hopefully you'll forgive me for not working on it on this beautiful long weekend. We had a fun and busy week and celebrated Valentine's Day.

Valentine's Day Is Coming

If your child would like to bring Valentine's cards or treats for their friends, just a reminder we have 43 friends in our classes! Please address cards to "My Friend" not a specific name. This makes handing them out much easier. We have had a busy week as usual. Our Malden Market Store is up and running. We have lots of items for our store, so thank you very much for your donations. Some of our friends have been having a lot of fun guessing the number of marbles in the jar. We also did a fun experiment using dry erase markers, ceramic bowls and water. If you draw a picture on the bottom of a bowl and cover it with water, the picture will float! Ask your child what T.G.I.F. (Thank Goodness It's Friday) means, we talked about it in our morning message.
